Participation & conduct
- Follow NMC staff instructions.
- Follow applicable boating and camping safety rules.
- Stay with the group during transfers.
- Do not leave the designated route without informing the coordinator.
- Keep booking confirmation and required identification available.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted during NMC activities.
- Unsafe, disruptive or unlawful conduct is not permitted.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- Seats are held for a limited time while payment is completed; unpaid holds are released automatically.
- Each confirmed booking receives a unique booking ID — keep it available at check-in.
- Trip schedules may be adjusted for weather, safety or operational reasons.
